Our instructor courses are for paddlers who are ready to lead and teach on the Atlantic coast. Whether you are preparing for your first Paddle Canada instructor certification or adding to the ones you hold, these courses give you the tools to share sea kayaking with confidence and purpose.

Our courses run longer than the minimum standard, which leaves time for skill refinement, teaching practice, and adult education frameworks. Expect honest feedback and mentorship from an Instructor Trainer in a supportive group, plus access to our online learning dashboard and training manuals so your development continues after the course.

The Paddle Canada Sea Kayak Program is a national framework that extends through Level 3 and covers ocean environments. It is the foundation for the technical ability, judgment, and leadership needed to guide and teach on Canada’s coastal waters.
